HLSL sky shader

Image
One of the skydome shaders in the engine is based on the Preetham model. It simulates the Earth's atmosphere and allows for dynamic placement of the Sun and has a variety of parameters to adjust the atmospheric simulation. This shader is for DirectX11+, is open source and available on the Git repository.

Features

The computer graphics engine uses state of the art graphics programming and shaders to create a realistic Virtual scene for desktop and virtual reality headsets. Somewhat similar to a highly realistic waxwork exhibit.

More about the engine

Britannia Virtual is state of the art computer graphics software which is used initially to render Britannia in her full 3D glory. The GPU is employed to render the character's skin, clothing and individual hair strands with realistic lighting (thanks to the wonders of modern shaders) in real time and in VR.

About

Resurrected again in coinage in the 1600's long after the Romans left she was then depicted holding a trident and Union Jack shield
